As a member of Students' Union Tamko you get a Finnish student card which is a key to hundreds of local and national student benefits.
You also get a fair discount of the services and activities of Tamko. All TAMK students can become Tamko members. You're warmly welcome to join to the group of over 7000 members!
How to apply for membership?
You can fill the electronic application form from the link below. Alternatively you can fill paper application form in our office. To fill the form in separate window click here.
Before filling in the application, please read through the terms of the AMK student card and the Tamko membership card.
Along with a printed application you need a passport-like photo. We can also take a photo of you at Tamko's office, free of charge of course!
Good photo shows whole face evenly lit and it is not too dark
You can pay the membership fee at the office by cash and bank/credit cards.
NOTE: Make sure you have a portrait photo (similar to passport photo) available before filling the application!
The prices include a joining fee (10,00 €), which covers the expenses of the student card and is paid only once. Multiyear membership is the cheapest and easiest option. The student card arrives at Tamko office in 2 - 4 weeks after sending in the application. We will inform about the arrival of the card by e-mail, and you can pick it up from our office on weekdays from 9am until 4pm.
If you would rather like to pay the membership fee online, remember to print out the receipt. Bring the receipt with you when you come to Tamko office to get your card. Online bank transfers are paid to Tamko’s bank account. Remember to use the reference number!
