Student Vappu in brief

The traditional labour day, 1st of May is celebrated by students throughout this week. Here's a few tips for a very Finnish student Vappu!

Wednesday 28th of April
The engineering and business administration students in TAMK are starting the vappu festivities with some funny games in a park next to Kaleva swimming hall at 6pm.

Thursday 29th of April
Xchange Loves Wappu in Onnela night club

Friday 30th of April
The art and media students of TAMK gather to Näsi park (Näsinpuisto) at 6pm to grill, compete and jam. The grill is hot, but bring along your own food. You can also bring some instruments, if you want to join the jam.

Saturday 1st of May
Down town there are a few different Vappu parades starting around 11am. In the afternoon the engineering and business administration students of TAMK are spending "Tradenomi" and "Insinööri" Vappu in Koskipuisto park, right next to the river.
